Natalie has been part of the strata sector since 2001 and is a managing partner at the award-winning Strata Sense. As an advocate for customer engagement, Natalie has presented to both owners and industry professionals across various forums focusing on the importance of engaging owners to create better strata communities and more rewarding strata careers.

Recognising the importance of fluidity to a sector that is experiencing not only great growth but enormous change, Natalie believes her ability to be innovative with a view to creating positive and imaginative solutions would be of benefit to all members of SCA (NSW). With experience being a member of the Professional Standards Committee for a number of years, Natalie has a particular passion for supporting and growing young professionals in the sector and would like to see SCA (NSW) engage more directly with the major universities to recruit talented people into strata.

If elected to the board and afforded the opportunity, Natalie would work to assist in having strata presented as an exciting, long term career option for the next generation of property professionals.

As a managing partner in a small but rapidly growing business, Natalie still manages a portfolio of clients while working directly on business growth, innovation, resourcing and the continued development and engagement of staff. An active participant in the strata sector for a number of years, Natalie is a respected and networked professional looking to contribute more meaningfully to the strata sector.

Natalie is a member of the Women in Strata Steering Committee.
