Thursday 8 March 2018 is International Women’s Day. WiS are excited to partner with SCA (NSW) to bring you a High Tea event featuring quality female speakers, delicious food, great company and an opportunity to support Share the Dignity with raffle tickets available to purchase on the day (with great prizes to be won, of course).
Being held at the Park Hyatt, not only with you be able to indulge in a beautiful ‘high tea’ style lunch, Suzanne Mercier will offer her expertise in business ‘Skirting Around Leadership and our very own Amanda Farmer will inspire you with her presentation, ‘Being Unapologetically You’.
In the spirit of the 2018 International Women’s Day theme, #PressforProgress, we will be running a raffle with all proceeds going to Share the Dignity to assist in the continued deployment of vending machines that disperse ‘period packs’ in schools and shelters. Girls in Australia should not be missing out on an education simply because they menstruate, and Share the Dignity aims to ensure they don’t.
