Beverley Price
Beverley Price’s career has seen her in senior roles in the Corporate world in the UK and Australia for 26 years, juggling budgets & staff with turnovers of up to AU$250M and staff of up to 70.
She ended up feeling physically and mentally exhausted, really stressed, having low energy, struggling with keeping the kilos off and just not feeling happy on the tread-mill of life.
This triggered her research journey on how and why people around her were trying to eat the right things and exercising but just not coping with work/ life balance and dealing with the day to day stresses.
For the past 4 years she has been researching to find possible solutions on how to stay healthy in this modern world. Two years ago she quit her corporate career and now speaks, coaches and motivates women on how to stay healthy and be happier in their bodies.
